First and most importantly, I'm passionate about giving back to the community. After the close of your new home or sale of your old home, I'll donate a portion of the closing commission to a charity of your choice. If you don't have a charity, I'll donate it to a local school within your community to help pay lunch balances off or I'll donate the portion to a local shelter to help the underprivileged.
