I spent over 30 years in Mortgage Lending with Various Banks in Atlanta holding the title of Top 10 Loan Officer in Mortgage Production and Closings for over 20 of those years, I was FHA/VA, Coventional Underwriter as well, those were the days of no laptops and NO signing documents on line! I have come thru it all educating myself to the current way of doing business. I know all about the income to debt ratios and credit scores for different products. Mortgage Lending is for ever changing just as Real Estate is and I keep up with it ALL! 

I retired from Lending in 2004 and secured my Florida Real Estate License. I was very fortunate that my Client base from Lending secured me 30 plus listing with the first 6 weeks as a REALTOR!  So many of my clients are now my friends! 

I believe my background in lending help me more than I can say with my clients and Real Estate. I secured my Georgia Real Estate License in 2014 and again was so fortunate with client followings. I have both and can help in either state, with teams on the ground in both states!
